Description

Pale yellow gold with green hues in the glass. Fragrant aromas of lime zest, elderflower, gooseberry, a hint of passionfruit and freshly cut grass. Full of ripe green fruit on the palate showing apples, pears and lime cordial, moving into nuanced layers of peach stone and nectarine skin. A refreshing acidity and lightness with a juicy fruit sweetness is followed by clean, minty herbacesousness on the finish.
